What is Tri-Hy at Triform

The global fitness race that blends running with functional strength movements. It’s designed to test your engine, your grit, and your ability to keep moving when things get uncomfortable. Think long efforts, simple movements, and the kind of fatigue that builds champions.

At Triform Athletics, we take the fundamentals of this race and make it our own. Our Tri-Hy program is built to develop real-world fitness: aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, and the ability to perform under fatigue. Instead of random workouts, we follow a progressive structure. Each week builds on the last, gradually increasing volume, intensity, and skill so you get fitter, faster, and more confident over time.

You’ll train with movements you’ll see in a typical race—running, sleds, lunges, carries, wall balls, and more—but programmed in a way that’s smart, sustainable, and accessible for all fitness levels. Whether you want to race, support a teammate, or simply improve your conditioning, Tri-Hy will push you forward.
